The main duties of this role are handling the data entry of customer registrations, ensuring that customers have all the necessary information before the event begins and being first point of contact for any customer enquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven data entry and customer service skills to make a break into the events industry. The career path at Worldwide Business Research has enabled two previous Registrations Managers to progress into event management roles internally due to their exceptional performances.
