Conference Producer

This is where most people typically start and the emphasis at this level is demonstrating a good understanding and application of the WBR production method. The role is as much project manager as it is conference programme researcher and producers are expected to manage the overall financial performance of their events and develop productive working relationships with all functions within the business. We would expect someone to show consistent performance for at least three full production cycles (from briefing to onsite delivery) which is approximately 18 to 24 months.
