Sales Support Administrator

Job Purpose 

You will be joining our business at entry level inputting accurate and detailed customer information which is critical to our business. We have thousands of customers and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that enables us to effectively serve their needs. Reporting to our Divisional Sales Director your responsibility will be to ensure customer orders are correctly allocated, which will mean our clients receive timely, accurate and appropriate information about our products.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Creating and updating sponsors contracts /customer orders on our company’s CRM system
  • Updating event websites with sponsors logos and company information
  • Ensuring customer confirmation emails contain up to date and relevant information
  • Dealing with customer queries via email and phone
  • Ensuring that major client contracts are correct before the customer receives them
  • Supporting our sponsorship sales team on various other administrative tasks
