You will need to be able to demonstrate particularly strong questioning skills, developed from at least 2 years of consultative selling to senior decision makers, and in a target driven environment. Conference sponsorship sales experience is a preference but not a prerequisite.

WBR is continuing to appreciate rapid expansion each year and as a direct consequence of this we are looking for Sponsorship Managers to join our sponsorship sales division.
Reporting directly to one of our Divisional Sales Director you will be selling a host of different sponsorship opportunities at leading conferences. Joining an established team you will be expected to meet and exceed agreed goals and targets.
We will support new members of the team with dedicated training and development time to evolve their existing skill set to be successful within our environment. We have focused on developing industry leading training practices, adopting tools and processes from leading sales organisations. We will expect the contribution made by the company to be matched by ongoing personal development on the part of every new team member.
All members of staff will be provided with a clear career path, and will be entered into our Sales Academy where their skills will be developed and evolved.
You will join the business in the role outlined. WBR is committed to rapid progression based on achievement. Once you are achieving your KPI’s and agreed goals we will immediately be working on developing you to be capable of taking on the next role; in this case, that of a Senior Sponsorship Manager.
