Delegate Sales Manager


We are currently focused on strengthening our Management team in order to facilitate our planned growth for the coming years

Reporting to the North American Head of Delegate Sales you will be responsible for growing revenues from a new team to meet and exceed agreed goals. Working with the Head of Sales you will be building a sales team of up to 6 people.

You will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting Grade A talent
  • Training and coaching the WBR sales methodology as a framework for success
  • Contributing to the growth of the business as an integral part of the Sales Management team
  • Working with Production, Marketing, Sponsorship and Operations managers in order to deliver project goals
  • Accurately forecasting, reporting activities and results to and agreeing strategy with the Head of Delegate Sales
  • Building a team brand and operating as an inspirational figure to lead your team to exceptional results

Qualities and Skills Required:

  • Post secondary education
  • Business to business sales experience
  • Team player
  • Target oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • You want to make money
