WBR NY’s Meeting Planning team is responsible for the successful execution of all events produced by the WBR North America office. There is no detail too small and no obstacle too large for us to handle to ensure a successful event. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer experiences to our audience.

Objectives of the role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our clients and help them navigate their participation in WBR events
  • Assist in onsite event management
  • Update conference mobile app and help drive engagement
  • Manage the RSVP process for sponsored events
  • Arrange partnering meetings for clients, maintain schedule and execute onsite at events
  • Research venues for offsite functions and suppliers as needed
  • Book travel
  • Provide administrative assistance

Requirements:

  • College graduate with 1 year post-graduate working experience or relevant internships
  • Administrative and customer service experience
  • Superior attention to detail, ability to multi task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proactive and eager to advance your career in the meetings and events industry
