The production department is at the heart of the business, feeding every other department with critical information that influences strategy. We focus on obtaining cutting edge market research, writing commercial conference agendas, securing industry-leading figures as speakers and driving the whole project team. We pride ourselves on being the best production team in the industry, recruiting bright and rising entrepreneurs with a real commercial edge to build class products.
The marketing department at WBR is responsible for creating awareness, generating leads and generating direct revenue for our conferences. Using mainly digital marketing strategies we attract new custom, develop existing business and retain customers. Our main channels include email, social media and PPC but we also develop close partnerships with influencers ranging from industry professionals to news portals and magazines.
The WBR Sponsorship Team is made up of 25 grade A talented sponsorship sales managers. Each person works on 4-5 products per year. Over the past 20 years we have identified our prospects needs ,this enables us to sell bespoke sponsorship opportunities to key industry vendors and banks across the communities we serve. We continue to deliver significant ROI and ROO to our customers at must attend market leading events leading to a 70% year on year retention rate.
At WBR the Event Management team inspires innovation to create an amazing experience at every event we do! We look after all conference logistics & work closely together with every single department in the company to ensure we provide first class events. It’s our job to make sure that all of our delegates, speakers & sponsors have a great time at our events, & come back year after year. We have a large amount of responsibility; looking after every detail, from planning the budget for the event to organizing a drinks reception on a yacht in Florida!
Our job is to recruit the most senior execs from Fortune 500 companies to attend our events. We achieve this by communicating the value our products will give them, using a consultative sales approach. There is a lot of variety in our job, because our outreach is global and that means that we adapt our approach depending on which industry, country and department we are approaching. No day is the same. The only thing that is constant throughout our approach is our drive to deliver the best possible delegates and our pride when we achieve our targets and objectives.
