Sponsorship Sales Executive Summary:

As a Sponsorship Sales Executive for WBR Insights, you’ll be selling custom whitepapers, webinar campaigns, and lead generation products that are packed with exclusive market research and industry data that we collect from our B2B events. You’ll work closely with our internal team members, such as our content writers and marketers, to present long-term business value to our customers.

Sponsorship Sales Executive Requirements:

  • 2-3 years B2B sales experience in research, media or ad sales, consulting, event or production services
  • Bachelors degree

Sponsorship Sales Executive Key Functions:

  • Sell market research, webinars, content and advertising (i.e., eBooks, benchmark reports)
  • Work with other departments to brainstorm new digital offerings pre- and post-event
  • Exceed revenue goals and monthly KPIs (i.e., call time, closed deals)
  • Educate sponsors on our suite of digital offerings and quality of service
  • Enter all client information and run reports in our CRM system
  • Attend our events to cross-sell WBR Insights services

Our Ideal Sponsorship Sales Executive Is:

Comfortable selling over the phone, by written email, and face-to-face. You should have a decent understanding of the digital content and event services landscape. Be prepared to do internet research and call on mid-to-senior level executives. Training and professional development is ongoing at WBR, so you should be a life-long learner and enjoy a hands-on, team-oriented culture.
